What Aivetech is

Aivetech designs, builds, and deploys AI systems that carry real operational load: agentic backends that execute multi-step work, voice agents that answer real phone calls, retrieval systems that answer accurately from company knowledge, and automation pipelines that run unattended. The common thread is production discipline — typed contracts, error handling, evaluation, multi-tenant isolation — applied to AI.

How we work

Every engagement is principal-led: the person who scopes your system is the person who architects and builds it. Projects are fixed scope with a first production version in 2–4 weeks, because a working slice in production teaches more than a month of slideware. We're based in India and work with clients worldwide, in English and Hindi.

The founder

Kartik Malhotra is the founder and principal engineer of Aivetech. His background is in building multi-tenant SaaS backends and LLM applications, and Aivetech exists because most AI projects fail at the unglamorous parts — reliability, isolation, error handling — rather than the model.
