What we build

Choose the problem. We build the AI layer.

Each of these fits inside one scoped engagement. Most clients start with one and add the next once it is live.

Agents that use your tools

A user asks for something; the agent completes it across your systems, with approved actions, retries and a person in the loop where it matters.

Voice intake and voice notes

Speech-to-text, text-to-speech and hand-off to a person, tested for your languages and the latency callers will accept.

Answers from your documents

Search and answers over your own material, with citations, permission checks and measured accuracy before release.

Workflow automation

Extract the information, draft the follow-up, move the record between tools. Rules, review points and failure handling agreed first.

Complete AI products

A working app from the ground up: backend, accounts, your own messaging, voice and the AI layer, built so you can switch model providers later.

Integration into your product

Connect the feature to your existing authentication, data and APIs, with deployment, monitoring and handover agreed up front.

Real software you can open and click through, not slides.

Soil's commitments screen with a customer promise, its owner, deadline and review state

Soil: customer commitment tracking

Customer promises drift away from engineering work. Soil records the promise, the owner and the deadline, links the evidence, and confirms delivery separately, with approval before any external action.

Workspace accounts and permissions, Slack and repository integrations, FastAPI and PostgreSQL, with tests covering the workflows and access boundaries.

Built and run in-house. The public demo uses fictional data.

Terms

Terms you can hold us to.

Agreed in writing before the build starts.

  • Price agreed before the build

The build is quoted at a fixed price at the end of the sprint. New requirements are written down and priced before any extra work starts.

  • Your code, your accounts

Repository, domain, cloud and AI-provider accounts are set up in your name from day one. Intellectual property transfers as each milestone is paid.

  • Working software every week

You review running increments every week, and decisions are recorded as the build goes.

  • Tested against agreed cases

Tests and evaluation results against the acceptance criteria you signed off, including failure paths.

  • Deployed to your cloud

Release to your cloud account, never ours. Credentials only through an agreed secure channel.

  • 30 days of defect fixing

Defects against the agreed criteria are fixed for 30 days after handover.

Kartik Malhotra, Founder and Principal Engineer at AIVETech

Team

Senior engineers on every project, led by the founder.

Kartik Malhotra, founder and principal engineer, leads every engagement from scope to handover. Design, QA, security-testing and DevOps specialists join each project as it needs them, named in the proposal and agreed with you first.

No account managers, and no hand-off to a junior team after the sale.

Before you enquire

Questions people ask before they enquire.

What is AIVETech?

AIVETech (also written Aivetech) is an AI engineering company founded in 2026 by Kartik Malhotra and based in Dehradun, India. It designs and builds AI features, AI agents, voice AI agents, RAG chatbots and complete AI products for software teams and businesses worldwide, starting with a fixed-price two-week discovery sprint. It is not affiliated with Aivatech or Aivantech.

Can you work inside our existing product?

Yes. We review your code, authentication, data and APIs in the discovery sprint and agree the integration and deployment environment before any build work starts.

What do we actually receive?

The feature and its integrations, tests and evaluation results, source code, configuration guidance and handover documentation. The proposal lists each deliverable and its acceptance criteria.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. The repository, domain, cloud and AI-provider accounts are set up in your name from day one, and intellectual property transfers as each milestone is paid.

What if the scope changes?

New requirements are written down and priced, with their effect on the milestones, before the extra work starts. Nothing is added quietly.

How is our data handled?

We map where data is processed and retained, use test data wherever possible, and take credentials only through an agreed secure channel. Regulatory and security requirements are scoped for your deployment in the sprint.

What happens after I enquire?

We read every brief and reply by email with questions or a proposed scoping call. Paid work is agreed separately; sending a brief does not commit you to anything.
